How are you? We are so glad because of our new entry.
The brewery is going on, we are producing a lot.
We had many receipts in our pocket and now we are brewing a lot.
Our last beer is an Imperial Stout: Monkey Kinder with cocoa beans and thistle honey.
Is Alc.10%vol. and it smells of cocoa, licorice, honey and coffee. The taste also is very similar: licorice at the very beginning, then coffee, chocolate is predominant and at the end, when your mouth is empty you can feel honey too.
We advise you to taste it in front of a fireplace with a blanket thinking about life or you also can pairing with chocolate or a chocolate cake.
We’re serving it on tap in our tap room at 4th and 5th of February from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
