Hello everybody!
Monday and tuesday we had the second lesson of the course.
We talked about Italy: italian beer scene, movement history, laws, raw material, brew process and we tasted 4 different italian crafted breweries beers.

Salada of Lariano Brewery;
- Session 9 of Endorama Brewery;
- Sticher of Grado Plato Brewery;
- and than we proposed our CHIAVEROSSA
We paired them we tasted Panificio Pasticceria Motta very good!
