Low fermentation beer german-style, with a bit of an american hop.
The protagonist of this beer is the malt with his hay and bread crust; herbal scents you could find in your mouth cause of hop and alcool is hidden.
Possible pairings: starter with cheese and cured meats, grilled meat and cassouela.
